Hot melt adhesive is a solvent-free, 100% solids thermoplastic. Solid at room temperature. Melt it, apply a bead, dot, or film, and it sets as it cools below the softening point.
We formulate for adhesion, set speed, open time, and heat or cold resistance. Forms: pellets, micro-chips, chips, pillows, and sticks. Water resistant. Long shelf life. No special storage.
Case seal, woodworking, bookbinding, filters
Case, tray, and carton sealing; bag sealing; pallet stabilization; woodworking and furniture (cabinets, profile wrapping); product assembly; bookbinding; filters; foam and mattress; converting and labels. Low-temperature grades apply at about 250°F instead of 350°F.

Metallocene hot melt (product numbers)
Metallocene packaging hot melts for case and carton sealing: excellent pot life, clear color, high heat resistance, low charring and odor vs traditional EVA. Formulated for high heat resistance or freezer grade to about −60°F (blast freeze, flash freeze, quick freeze, tray/case/carton).
