Perfect binding and graphic arts — PUR for page pull, EVA and APAO for standard lines. Call for a bindery match.
Hot melts, PUR, and water-based adhesives for bookbinding and graphic arts. Formulated for color, bond strength, and heat resistance. Bonds include foils, films, and UV-coated papers.
PUR hot melt for high-speed perfect binding. Moisture-curing, typically 12 to 48 hours depending on available moisture. Stronger page pulls and flex than standard EVA. Resistant to most inks and solvents that can migrate into an EVA glue line. Heat and cold resistance for books stored in cars or containers.

PUR vs EVA / APAO on the binder
Use PUR when page pull, lay-flat flex, ink/solvent resistance, or heat/cold storage matter more than EVA cost. Stay on EVA or APAO for standard perfect-bind speed and when the stock and ink system are already proven on that chemistry.
