How a toll job runs
- Send the target. Your formula, or the product you need matched, plus substrate, application method, and volume.
- Formula work. Our chemists develop or modify the formula for toll manufacturing and source the raw materials, working with your technical and production staff.
- Prototype and test. Lab prototypes, then performance testing to a protocol we develop with you. See adhesive lab testing.
- Trial. Commercial samples, adhesive and coating trials on your line, and samples or prototypes you can show your own customers.
- Pack out and ship. Packaging specified for the product, then production orders by phone or email.
