Air, oil, and liquid filters — EVA and APAO for cold flex, polyamide and polyester for heat and chemicals. Call for a filter-line match.
Hot melts and water-based adhesives for filter manufacturing and assembly. Air filters, engine and oil filters, liquid and water filters. Bonds films, foams, papers, plastics, fiberglass, nylon, rubber, and coated paper. Bead, roll coat, spray, or slot die.
Fast-set hot melts for high-speed air-filter lines: frame seal, media lamination, separators. EVA and APAO when the filter must stay flexible in the cold. Polyamide and polyester (PET) hot melts for industrial or automotive ventilation that sees high temperature — chemical and heat resistant, with adhesion to papers and non-wovens.

- 7-M-227 — metal to filter media; 700 cps at 350°F; medium set
- 7-M-256 — heat-reactive frame; 4,500 cps at 325°F; slow set
- 7-M-265 — heat-reactive frame; 3,500 cps at 325°F; slow set
- 7-M-271 — pleat separator; 1,000 cps at 325°F; fast set
- 7-M-244 — metal to media; 1,100 cps at 350°F; slow set
- 7-M-347 — fast-setting frame; 1,200 cps at 350°F
- 7-M-355 — furnace filters; high heat resistance; roll coater; 1,500 cps at 325°F
