Profile Wrapping Adhesives
Wrap foils, papers, and veneers onto profiles, baseboards, drawers, wall and ceiling panels, doorframes. EVA, polyolefin, or PUR hot melt. Match the wrapper and the wrap.
Profile wrapping adhesives for furniture and building interiors. Wrap foils, papers, or veneers onto solid wood, wood-based substrates, plastics, aluminium, and other metals. Roller applicator or adjustable-width slot nozzles at speeds up to about 300 ft/min. High-speed lines need green strength so parts can be trimmed soon after bonding.
Hot-melt families
- EVA — décor paper foils; roller or slot-nozzle; fast set
- Polyolefin — décor paper, thermoplastic foils, and veneer; heat resistance up to about 230°F
- PUR — difficult wraps at lower application temperature; heat and moisture resistance
Also 1- and 2-part water-based adhesives, and flammable or non-flammable solvent-based grades.
