Cohesive, also called cold seal adhesive, is designed to stick only to itself. It is applied to each surface, then dried. The bond forms when the two dried surfaces contact.
We supply natural latex cohesives and synthetic latex cohesives. This family sits under water-based adhesive chemistry: 100% water-based, no VOCs, and can be custom formulated. Some grades are formulated for food packaging. Confirm regulatory suitability for your structure with our lab before you specify a grade.
Used for food packaging, paper converting, protective wraps, and product assembly. Formulated for low, medium, or very strong final bonds to porous and non-porous substrates: UV, clay coated and SBS papers, films, foils, woods, plastics, corrugated, coated board, vinyl. We can coat cohesives onto felts, films, liners, magnet, papers, plastics, and textiles.
