Pellet to melt to a slot die, then nip and chill. 100% solids — no dryer. Call 800-249-0337.

Extrusion coating puts a uniform thermoplastic film on paper, board, film, foil, or textile. Resin is 100% solids, so there is no drying tunnel or solvent recovery. One extruder and die can cover less than 1/4 mil to more than 4 mils by changing screw rpm or line speed. Deckles set width. Conditions that work on one line usually transfer to another.
