Water-based adhesives and hot melts for high-speed tissue, towel, tube, and core winding. Core winding, ply bonding (lamination), transfer / core-web startup, and tail tie. Can be made clear. Bonds include foils, films, metallized papers, and UV-coated papers. Product numbers meet FDA 21 CFR 175.105 (indirect food additives). Envelope converting sits on packaging.
Core winding
- 8324 — high solids, fast set and dry; 1,000–5,000 cPs; 57–59% solids; wet white, dry clear
- 8339 — general purpose; medium set; 38–40% solids
- 8364 — economical slow set, hard film; 28–30% solids; wet off-white
Ply bonding
- 8101 — general-purpose laminating; dilutable; 100–1,800 cPs; 10% solids
- 8102 — concentrated for faster lines and heavier stock; 8,000–10,000 cPs; 15% solids
Transfer (core/web startup)
- 8100 — concentrated, fast line; 7,000–10,000 cPs; 35–38% solids; wet amber
- 8127 — general-purpose transfer; 20% solids; wet clear
Tail tie
- 8069 — fugitive tail tie; high wet tack, little or no permanent bond after dry
- 8068 — hard-wound towel tail tie
