Hot Melt Adhesive

What is Hot Melt Adhesive?

Hot Melt Adhesive is a Solvent-free adhesive made from 100% non-volatile thermoplastic materials, hot melt adhesives are solid at room temperature, melted to application temperature and applied in a molten state.

Hot Melt Adhesive is applied as a Hot Bead, Dot or Molten Film and forms into a solid material when the hot melt cools down below its softening point.

All our hot melt adhesives are formulated to provide desired adhesion, fast set speed, open time/bonding range, and heat and/or cold resistance properties.

Hot melt adhesives are available in pellets, micro-chips, chips, pillows, and stick form.

Some Key benefits of using Hot Melt Adhesive:

    • Hot melt Adhesive is 100% solid and environmentally friendly.

    • Hot melts have Fast Set Speed to allow for higher speed production lines.

    • Hot melt adhesives are Water resistant and provide excellent Glue Line Control.

    • Hot melts have a Long shelf life and do not require any special storage conditions.

    • Hot melts stick to almost any substrate and provide great final bonds.

    • Hot melts can be formulated to have long open time and can be used for – High Heat bonding and Deep Freeze gluing applications.
